The end of this month makes it exactly 6 months I've been using the VikingsBlade safety razor. I feel it's appropriate to give a review at this point. I
got the VB as a New Year's gift from my fiancée on the 1st of January. I started
using it that evening and I have not had any major issues with it yet. The only
minor issue I had at first was adjusting to its classic length handle. Not only
because I've big hands, were my last razors long handled. My fiancée couldn't
spot the difference and just went ahead to buy it. This would be the best
mistake to have happened to me ever!
The razor is sharp! I cannot express this enough. It cuts through my
hair effortlessly and in one stroke. Like the butterfly I'm used to, this one
allows for a quicker blade change. This prevents that unnecessary break in
shaving, especially when I'm late for an appointment. Generally this is a good
product and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to change a safety razor.
